The magnificent grounds of Villa Petrarca offer

Villa Petrarca also offers Bed and Breakfast
in the main house. Enjoy the convenience and comfort of this service
in magnificent Liberty style! There are three bedrooms with bathroom,
a large lounge and dining area with open fireplace, and a large
inviting kitchen which leads out onto a shaded terrace offering
a splendid view of the grounds and the Euganean Hills. The Villa
offers complete privacy and guarantees absolute relaxation.
Apartments 1 -
3 rooms, 6+1 beds, 2 bathroom
This apartment is part of the country house. It is extremely
comfortable and enjoys a magnificent view of the grounds.It is
two-storey, the ground floor being composed of a large lounge,
a dining room and a separate kitchen (all leading out onto the
gardens), plus a large bathroom with bath. There is also an inviting,
large, shaded terrace where you can dine and relax. The first
floor consists of three double bedrooms, two of which having two
single beds, and the master bedroom suite consisting of a double
bed and unsuited bathroom with shower.
Apartments 2 - 2
rooms, 4+1 beds, 1 bathroom
This apartment is the second part of the country house.
It consists of a large lounge with dining area, a large kitchen,
two double bedrooms and a well equipped bathroom. There is also
a small private garden where you can dine and relax.

4 PM to 7 PM (different hours on appointment only).
- Restitution of the room:
before 10,30 AM.
- Minimum staying:
2 nights (if minus €10,00 more per night)

How to
reach us
Coming from North
If you are driving the A4 Milan-Venice highway, whether you come
from Milan or from Venice, exit at "Padova-Ovest". Go
ahead towards "Tangenziale Ovest" (Corso Australia)
up till the junction that leads to Abano Terme.
Then take the county road that takes you from Abano to Padua
and after 4 km you will reach the termal centre.
Follow directions for "Circonvallazione Ovest dei colli".
At the roundabout (near hippodrome) turn into Via Appia Monterosso,
direction Monterosso - Praglia.
Drive about 6 km towards Teolo up to the junction with the "Colli"
county road. Turn left towards Teolo and 100 m passed the roundabout
turn left towards Luvigliano. After about 100 m you will reach
Villa Petrarca on your right side.
Coming from South
If you are driving along the A13 Bologna-Padua exit at "Terme
Euganee".
Then take the county road towards Montegrotto Terme followed
by the road towards Abano Terme and after 4 km you will reach
the termal centre.
Follow directions for "Circonvallazione Ovest dei colli".
At the roundabout (near hippodrome) turn into Via Appia Monterosso,
direction Monterosso - Praglia.
